Reynoldsburg's City Attorney Explains Marsy's Law

Reynoldsburg's City Attorney Jed Hood visited the Reynoldsburg Pickerington rotary club to discuss the achievements of our local government in refining our legal system. In the first of three videos, Jed Hood explains Marsy's law, a soon to be nationwide law, that was adopted by Reynoldsburg. The law insures victims of crimes are notified of their perpetrator's release from prison.
